Once a homeowner is logged into Vantaca, they should click on “”My Items” from the menu on the left side of the screen. Then choose “Submit a Request”. They will have several options (Billing Questions, Fee Waiver Request, General Questions, Service/Maintenance Request). Choose Service/Maintenance Request. They should provide as much detail about the issue as possible and select “Submit Form” to complete the maintenance request.

After Hours call the Gate house and they will contact the management.
