Meridian on Sand Key is ideally situated on the Gulf of Mexico on the island of Sand Key in Clearwater, Florida. The unspoiled sugar-sand beaches of Sand Key are invariably rated among the best in the nation. The distance to the Gulf surf from our balconies is 800 feet separated by three acres of natural beach with dunes and natural vegetation. There is a 400 foot boardwalk that connects the pool area and Gulf of Mexico.
Meridian has 106 units in two 20 story towers with each tower having two high speed elevators. Features of the building include covered auto court, a covered portico entry, 24 hour manned security and a security entry system operated by telephone. The entire property is beautifully landscaped with a well appointed beach pool and cabanas.
